How do I register my eBike?

You can register your SOAR eBike in two ways:

1️⃣ Register via the SOARbeyond App (Recommended)

• 📱 Download the SOARbeyond app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• 👤 Sign in or create an account.
• 🚲 Follow the prompts to register your eBike by scanning the QR code located on your bike’s key tag.

2️⃣ Register via the SOAR Website

• 🌐 Fill out the online registration form.
• 🔢 Enter your eBike’s serial number (found on the bottom bracket of the frame).
• 👥 Add your contact information.

⚡️ Note: Website registration provides basic warranty protection, but for the best experience, we highly recommend registering through the SOARbeyond app.
